Usability
If you have a website, you need it to be engaging and easy to use, or else you aren't going to get the traffic you need to accomplish your goals.
Yin
The key to an interesting website is to do something different with it. The more your website does that other sites can't do, the more likely people are to spend time on it and to learn about your product or service.
Yang
As important as it is to offer interesting features, you also can't afford to try to do too much at once. Having too much on your website will confuse your users and make their experience an unpleasant one. If people don't like a site, they won't use it.
Balance
We understand how many bells and whistles a website can handle, and how to scale that amount up or down to meet need without losing user-friendliness. It's not always about doing more, but about doing it better.
